Windows NT CPU Maxed out

Have a question concerning CPU at 100% since I installed Oracle on top of MSSQL server.

I am on a Windows NT Server with Oracle 8.0 and MSSQL server database software loaded.

Has anyone experienced this and found a fix. When I stop Oracle TNS Listener, OracleAgent and the instance I'm running the CPU returns to 1% which is entirely
managable.

I have been having problems since I installed MSSQL. I have checked space issues and
meet them all.

Any help would be appreciated.
