ASP and Oracle Error 126

I am using active server pages. I add a data connection using a file dsn and connect to the oracle database, but have problems when trying to open the connection in the actual .asp page. I receive a system error 126 from Oracle. I'm using 7.3 version2.5. Has anyone else had a similar problem or any clue on this.
