sure that you are utlizing all of your paging. There is also a possiblity that you have just grown beyond what the current settings could handle. Try increasing your db_block_buffers to see if this will help. You may also want to look at your shared_pool_size. These things will grow.

Are you using cost-based? If so , how recently have you updated your statistics?
