Question: BCP data from MS SQL server to Oracle Server

Hi:

I am trying to import BCP data which created with MS SQL server. I have two files:

1. BCP.fmt (contain table structure)
2. test.bcp (containt the data)

Question:

1. How can I create the table with bcp.fmt in oracle database.
2. How can I import the data from test.bcp file.

Please-- If you know, answer the problem.
