Sending Email notification with PLSQL

I have been looking for a way to notify me via e-Mail when someone
enters a special area of my site.  Since the whole site is created
with plsql I would rather stay with it, having the whole project in
the same language seems like a good idea to me.  But then again a few
of my good ideas have been shot down in the past.



take out the XXX from my email if you want to e-mail me (getting sick
of the spammers)
