Hi,
I have a copy of personal oracle, I have been trying to create an ODBC connection
using Intersolve version 3.0 drives on the same PC, so that I can link the tables externally via Access.

I'm quite new to Oracle and don't quite understand the relationshiops between ODBC
and SQL*Net. There are four SQl*net defintions :-

	TCP-LOOPBACK
	Example1
	Example2
	Example3

I assume I should be using TCP-Loopback and/or Example1.

Does anyone have an example at all please on how to configure ODBC and SQL*NET? How do I find the name of my Oracle Database for example?

Thanks for any help.
