exp not compressing extents

Is there a problem exp v7.3.2.1.0? I've noticed that after importing,
my segments all have 2 extents, not one. I used the following commands
to exp/imp.



exp user/password file=user.dmp compress=y
sqlplus <--- drop all of users objects


imp user/password file=user.dmp
