Funny Behavior ORA-16025

I know 1 is a special location but surely not 11-19? I also noticed that the trace file complains about the location ever though I am specifying a SERVICE! Anyone know why this is ok for dest 9 but not 19?

ORA-02097: parameter cannot be modified because specified value is invalid ORA-16025: parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_19 contains repeated or conflicting attributes

SQL> l
  1 alter system set log_archive_dest_19 = 'SERVICE="TRIPS3"   2* async valid_for=(online_logfile,primary_role) db_unique_name=TRIPS3' SQL> alter system set log_archive_dest_4 = 'SERVICE="TRIPS3"   2* async valid_for=(online_logfile,primary_role) db_unique_name=TRIPS3'

1* alter system set log_archive_dest_4 = 'SERVICE="TRIPS3" SQL> / System altered.
