EM data and licensing

If people have the Performance Pack, are they allowed to refer to data the EM agents use for other target monitoring purposes?

If people have the Performance Pack, are they allowed to refer to data the EM agents use for other target monitoring purposes?
Apparently the wording in Oracle's license agreements is a bit vague.
We decided we're not using the data used by the EM agents for our purposes but it adds a bit of complexity and seems a bit redundant to me.
