Go a general knowledge search . I tried searching for "qmxdGetElemsBy" and found bug 16596183<https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/BugDisplay?id=16596183>, which appears to be unpublished but which is patched with the 11.2.0.4.1 patch bundle.
