Hello Upendra

   If you are asking if 11.2.0.4 database in 12c GI is supported, certainly, Yes. Currently, we are testing this specific combination of versions and a few issues, we have encountered ( so far) are bugs in 11.2.0.4 database software. 12c clusterware is itself stable.
