This turned up in an audit of one of my databases (11.2.0.3 on 32 bit Windows). Select * from dba_db_links returns the following:

This turned up in an audit of one of my databases (11.2.0.3 on 32 bit Windows). Select * from dba_db_links returns the following:
Owner = PUBLIC
DB_LINK = DBMS_CLRDBLINK
USERNAME = null
HOST= ORACLR_CONNECTION_DATA
The link obviously does not work. The creation date and time coincide roughly with when the database was created. The only reference I can find on the Oracle support site is KB article 1455368.1 which implies that it is somehow associated with a product called ODE.NET.
Any idea what this link is for?
