Do you have a support ID and MOS login? You can look up ORA-07445 errors there and file an SR while you're at it. I'm not sure how kosher it is for someone to perform these lookups on your behalf so I'll avoid that for now. I know it's not very helpful but this is the kind of thing where you really want to get an SR with oracle support, especially if this is your production database.
