Data Vault in Test/Dev

I have a question for ones that have the Data Vault option on their production systems. Do you also have Data Vault in your Test/Dev/QA enviornments? If now how do you continue to protect the data? What is your process? We recently purchased Data Vault to protect data from myself the DBA but we don't have a license for it in Test so as soon as I restore the data to a Test server the protected data is not available to me.
