Patch set 11.2.0.2 is a database install, would it give an option for just install client?
Since our database version is 11.2.0.2, the client need to match this version.

You need to do a full 11.2.0.2 (I recommend going straight to 11.2.0.3) client install. No way to patch (AFAIK) since 11.2
