Hi friends,
Thanks for attention related to listener issues. I did a new boot in the local machine and it worked. I did it now, because I was running scripts in the database locally and couldnīt stop my tests.

The listener run with: ip , hostname ... it was not the issue. The root cause is several ORACLE_HOME in the machine.
