They should make the information available through APIs so we could design our own APEX interface... after all, the information is bound to be on an Oracle Database... or perhaps they are using MySQL as backend... actually, they should make a design your own MOS contest... too bad Oracle is too traditional for that kind of thing... they could get a great design very cheap (offer a 5k$ reward to the winner for instance or perhaps a contract to lead the design team in charge of the new interface...) oh, well, I guess the support portal doesn't really matter as long as you hold a near monopoly in the enterprise database market...
