Re: LRM-00109 could not open paramete file '/opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/dbs/initoracl1.ora' on 9i rac

even I doesn't know a reason why it asks for initorcl1.ora and initorcl2.ora, I'd suggest to create these 2 files with only this line within it:
spfile='/var/opt/oracle/orcl/orcl/spfileorcl.ora'
