DST change for 10.2.0.1

I got it. Note 359145.1 does not lead you to a patch for 10.2.0.1. But there is a 4689959 patch for version 10.2.0.1 :-) You still have to follow the instructions to go to note 399832.1, but then you finish up by applying this patchset which is not listed in note 359145.1 Revised Dec 22nd 2006.

Ahhso, Therein lied the problem. The SR took awhile, (6 days), but there may be success. I won't know until tomorrow anyway, as I am not going to move on it now.
