thanks poeple the respons was very nice

I have found the problem

as of solaris 9. solaris desided that they wanted to take more of the semsys:seminfo_semmni. On solaris 8 i did with 7 databases and a value of semsys:seminfo_semmni= 8. Now on solaris 9 i have to use at least a value of 30 for 2 databases. as i checked the use i found out that solaris 9 just clames allot more for system usage.

Thansk everyone this one is solved
