It appears to be working.
Initially ( on startup ) Oracle allocates all memory ( SGA_TARGET - all
other components ) to buffer cache.
If there is a need for bigger shared pool it will take memory from buffer
cache.
Don't know if anything gets invalidated or dirtied when shrink happens.
