Yep, the Full Disclosure Reports available on tpc.org are very detailed, including creation scripts, source code for the benchmarks, etc. So if you look at tpc-c results from Oracle, you'll see that they hardly ever create an index - they use clusters instead. Indexes are too expensive for these folks.
