Apologies for a slightly off-topic post, but it may be helpful for few more people.

I'd like to get some ideas on how you manage information, tricks and tips that you collect through email replies and other docs from various sites??

I am looking at using something like Plone (http://plone.org) to see if I can use plone to manage all the emails, hundreds of docs effectively.

How do you manage? Is your archive searchable? Can you assign keywords etc? Do you have a different interface than Outlook find??

Raj
