Apologies for a slightly = off-topic post, but it may be helpful for few more people.

I'd like to get some ideas on how = you manage information, tricks and tips that you collect through email = replies and other docs from various sites??

I am looking at using something = like Plone (http://plone.org) to see if = I can use plone to manage all the emails, hundreds of docs = effectively.

How do you manage? Is your = archive searchable? Can you assign keywords etc? Do you have a different = interface than Outlook find??
