Dear List,

Could someone tell me how to update the parameter "maxphys" on sun solaris 8 system. At present it is having a default value of 128K. I would like to change it to 1MB. There is no such parameter in /etc/system. I need this parameter to be updated as it seems to be controlling the MAX_IO_SIZE on the platform.
