here they're talking about outsourcing all the IT for the division, and the front running company is Indian and will move all but a few people to it's home offices there. the few dealings i've had with their people here have been, shall we say less than optimal. combined with a severe language problem that makes conveying requirements rather difficult. and no i don't blame the consultants for that, after all English is not their native language, but i do blame the company.
