Do you mean OAS or possibly iAS?

The initial setup of these can be rather painful.

Go to MetaLink and look for documents explaining the setup and configuration of iAS and/or OAS.

Get all the docs you can, and then look for the ones with the most recent dates.

There's a lot of conflicting information on MetaLink as to how to set these up, so keep a record of what you do and what works and document it well.
