Your questions are not hard, but the answer are NOT easy.

I would suggest :

  1. If time allows, start taking an Oracle Classes

             They only one I can find is: New Delhi 91.11.647.5286

              These classes could SAVE you a huge amounts of

              your time!!

        2. If you can not take the classes, maybe a good place

            to start would be an Oracle Manual:

                Oracle 7 Server, Concepts Manual.



        3. If you have inet access, try
