Going to SQLNET v 2

Our company is planning to upgrade from SQLNET v 1 to SQLNET v 2. I would like to know the following:

1. We are planning to implement version 2.2, how stable is this release? Any problems?
2. How does this version run on Windows 95?
3. Any pro's or con's in using the Oracle Names?
