Laughing Laughing i.ve downloaded oracle 11g from oracle site for twice and in both time i faced the same error that oracle.ctx component file: filegroup4.jar is damaged so can any one tell me how to solve this problem or sent me this component and i'll be thank full

the oracle.ctx is damaged in the package i've downloaded from oracle site so any one can hlep me in getting this component Sad Sad Sad
