What does your question have to do with a thread title? "Relationship between two forms" isn't closely related to "list of values".

So, what is your question, really?

If it is a "relationship", what do you have in mind? How to call a from from another form? There are several built-ins Oracle offers (CALL_FORM, NEW_FORM, OPEN_FORM). Read more about each of them in Online Help System.

two tables are comming under same datablock and different canvas

first table i have i column advertisement_no
advertisement_no display when pushbutton click display the advt_no in listbox using lov;
