All
I am loading multiple files through sqlldr in a table, This table has one column called filename, How do i populate this column with file name which is being loaded. Any help is appreciated.

You have to put it as a constant in the control file that you can dynamically generates each time.

I can generate control file one for each datafile??

Yes.
