Isqlplus not opening in my Server [message #300046]

Dear Experts,

isqlplus not opening in my Server

url is as :

http://warehouse:5560/isqlplus

my url addres is correct, i checked my porstlist 5560 exists
http://warehouse:5500/em --- for enteprise manager this url
working and i can work on Enterprise manager, but my isqlplus not opening

my protlist.ini is as :
-----------------------------------------------
Ultra Search HTTP port number =5620
Enterprise Manager Agent Port =
iSQL*Plus HTTP port number =5560
Enterprise Manager Console HTTP Port (SDWH) = 5500
Enterprise Manager Agent Port (SDWH) = 1830
-----------------------------------------------

its very urgent, can any one tell me why not working isqlplus in my computer

Have you started the iSQL*Plus service?

For Windoze, start the iSQL*plus service in Window's serivces and for UNIX/LINUX start it with isqlplusctl start.
