I've installed oracle 10g in RHEL4U5, after install I run "emctl start dbconsole" in this server as oracle user, it said:

TZ set to PRC
OC4J Configuration issue. /opt/oracle/product/10.2/db_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_localhost.localdomain_oraclesid not found.

How can I run it?

You may have to build the respository. I ran into this same issue today.

emca -repos create
