Internet Explore Open but the form not run only blank screen appear on the screen and in the start OCj4 this msg appear runformProcess.connect<>: failed!
forms session ,1> aborted: unable to communicate with runtime process.

I suggest reading the installation documentation and then searching this forum or google for 'start OC4J'.

Same problem, same answer - "read the installation documentation and then searching this forum or google for 'start OC4J'".
