What does this question and/or solution have to do with Oracle?

"< message.txt" is an important of the answer.
How do you expect what you do works if you neither follow what has been said nor read the documentation?

Dear
Should it be configured SENDMAIL or any mail server on the same system or it is not necessary.....

The command
$mail -s "export log" dba@domain.net < message.txt

will work if I have a mail server on my network...
But there is a question On my linux system how above command will come to know where is email server and what would be from field......

So what you are asking is how to use mail.
Maybe you should have a better answer in a Linux forum.

Somebody needs to configure sendmail

>what would be from field......

It will be the username of the originating process; typically "oracle".

Neither of which involve any Oracle product.

Perhaps you should post your problem in a WINDOWS forum, because the solution has NOTHING to do with Oracle.
