Hi,

I am running oracle 10.2 on WinXP. HTTP server is also running on the same machine. CPU utilization is 100% all the time. tnslsnr.exe and opmn.exe are taking most of the CPU.

If I stop the listener, it comes down close to 0. Start it, and it goes to 100%.
