Hi,

I want some information about Oracle 10g R2 Express Edition. What are feature unavailable in oracle 10g r2 EX and also it's free to use production side or any hidden cost associated ?

It is free, but has some limitations (4 GB of user's data, 1 processor, 1 GB RAM, ...), but - functionally - it is not limited in any way (at least, as far as I can tell). Check information about it on Oracle Technology Network pages.

Already know that info. I need more info. I understand that Oracle Express Edition is free to use for Production also. Is that true?

As far as I can tell, yes - you can use it free of charge in production as well.

One more thing. I know new feature in Oracle XE R2..But i don't know what are the features that will be unavailable ??

Well, no JVM means no JVM, as described here.
From a respected source
The following database features are not supported:

* partitioned objects
* internal Java virtual machine (JVM)
