I have recently(10 days ago) passed ORA 1z0-031 exam which I took at Prometric. Before that in February I passed 1z0-007.

Am I suppose to get some papers from Oracle as a confirmation of my OCA status and when can I expect that?

Yes you will get your OCA certificate or you can send mail to fulfilment@prometric.com (may be misspellled) check bottom of your result sheet for email address.
