please tell me how can i used "tooltip" on specific field in oracle Application Express.

Hi,

you can reuse the tooltip function which is coming with Oracle APEX in your application.

Add for example

onmouseover="toolTip_enable(event,this,'my tooltip text');"

into the HTML Form Element Attributes property of your page item.
