First you should help us in order for us to help you.

We know you have a problem, but - which problem is it? I suppose there may be zillion of reasons (for example, you used a datatype which is not supported in Oracle. Or, foreign key constraint syntax is different. Or ...) for something to go wrong, and if you don't give us a hint, I'm afraid you won't get a quick answer.
