Unable to export Table having CLOB data type [message #245939]

Hi All

I am trying to copy the data from table T1 to excel sheet which has a column with the data type CLOB.

For this i have used Oracle loader tool which says that CLOB data type is not supported,

How can i migrate a table as is which is having CLOB data type..

I am not sure, but I think that You a create an external table, export data into them, and read them by Excel.

If you want to unload them SQL*Loader is useless as its purpose is to load.

Then, How can i export a table data having CLOB column to Excel sheet.
Is not there any way to do it in Oracle?

Goto AskTom and search for "unloader".
