Hi folks,
I have desgined a login form.when the credentials are matched with the database. a form is called.
Now, when the login user is manager, all the fields in the forms are visible.
But when a junior level candidate entered with his login id some of the fields should get disabled.
can you guide me on this staff?

First check the login user is your manager or not in WHEN_NEW_FORM_INSTANCE trigger and then you can disable the items using forms SET_ITEM_PROPERTY.
