I create one user having the privileges of create session

kindly suggest what privileges is required to this user to kill a session. This user should have privileges of kill session only
he should n't do any activity except create session & kill session.

The privilege is ALTER SYSTEM but if you only want to allow him to kill session, you have to create a procedure to do this and grant him the privilege to execute it.
