With a 32 bits OS the SGA limits are 2,7 GB.
In a RAC configuration, is this limitation per node ?
Is the SGA shared in RAC ?

its not 2,7 GB its
2 to 4 GB for 32-bit operating systems, and > 4 GB for 64-bit operating systems
