I use Database Oracle 9i. Please tell me how to know the user the delete the table.

The time ? The computername ? The tool ? .etc

You should enable AUDITDING for trace any activity on your database.

TRUN THE AUIDTING ON BY PARAMETER
AUDIT_TRAIL=TRUE

AND THEN

AUDIT DROP ANY TABLE BY (ACCESS OR USERNAME)

IF U WANT TO KNOW WHO DELETE THE ROWS FROM TABLE FOR THAT YOU MUST USE DBMS_FGA PACKAGE
TAKE A LOOK OVER HERE
