This is a page in Self-Service that on the Permission List tells you it should be available but on the actual page produces this :

"You are not authorized to access this component (40,20). You have not been granted security authorization for this component.You may have access to the designated component & page but not in the specified action mode (such as Correction or Update Display)."

Please help.

Dont think this is an Oracle releated error message
