Error relating to creating a requisition---- ORA-00001 [message #229432]

Dear friends,

I got a problem in Requisition. I enter the data requisition after that save the data I got error.

The message is

"APP-PO-14142: get_real_segment1-: ORA-00001: Unique constraint (PO.PO_Requisition_header_U2) violated.
Cause: A SQL error has occured in get_real_segment1. The SQL error is ORA-00001 : Unique constraint .PO_Requisition_header_U2) violated."

Please give ur valuable suggestion

please Go to Setup - Organizations - Purchasing options - and review the Requisitions Numbering
