Hello everybody
I am trying to install RAC on Laptop : its called laptop_RAC
I use this instruction http://dizwell.com/prod/node/27
During installation I use patch for CRS and Database installation.
That is OK. But the problem occurs when I type VIPCA in cmd
and then get CRS-0247 errror.
Can anyone help me what to do in this case??
please reply on this forum and to marcinmigdal@wp.pl if possible
Best regards

Hi,

If you are still in problems trying to install RAC perhaps you need to consider this solution from Oracle:

http://www.oracle.com/webapps/dialogue/dlgpage.jsp?p_ext=Y&p_dlg_id=4657109&src=4008297&Act=239

"The Oracle Database 10g Release 2 Desktop Data Center DVDs include everything to quickly set up a virtual cluster environment and evaluate Oracle Database 10g on Linux on your Windows desktop"
