I installed it fine and I can login to the sql command line but I cannot access the Database homepage. I changed my internet settings as reccommended in the installation guide but still no help. I am completely new to oracle and sql so I have no idea what I did wrong or if I have any conflicting settings. I am running Windows XP SP2.

What address did you use in the browser? Was it "http://localhost:port" or did you try "http://127.0.0.1:port" as well?
